There's no right or wrong way to move in your neighbourhood (so long as you follow current Government restrictions around gatherings and social distancing).
We encourage you to be as creative as you wish with your movement.
Some ideas to get you moving...
- Go for a run
- Go for a bike ride
- Take yourself with or without a pet for a walk
- Skip around the block
- Walk to your local shops to grab a healthy take-away lunch
- Organise a neighbourhood exercise hour (keeping a safe distance apart)
The movement you choose needs to be right for you. Maybe something lower key is best? You might be the creative type and try and one up your mates?
If you’re up for a challenge, then we encourage you to push yourself!
Ultimately, by taking part in AM4MND, your moves will benefit you and the awareness and funds you raise will benefit the 2100 Australian’s currently living with MND.
