There's no right or wrong way to move at home. We encourage you to be as creative as you wish with your movement.
Some ideas to get you moving...
- Do some push-ups
- Follow along with an online aerobics / dance / boxing workout
- Dance to your favourite song
- Go up/down some stairs
- Hit a tennis ball against a wall
- Shoot some hoops
- Kick the footy with a housemate
- Do some cartwheels
- Vacuum the house
- Reach up and dust the top shelf
- Mow the lawn
The movement you choose needs to be right for you. Maybe something lower key is best? You might be the creative type and try and one up your mates?
If you’re up for a challenge, then we encourage you to push yourself!
Ultimately, by taking part in AM4MND, your moves will benefit you and the awareness and funds you raise will benefit the 2100 Australian’s currently living with MND.
