of $2,500 goal

This year we cannot participate in Walk to d'Feet MND due to COVID-19—it’s why we’ve signed up to this virtual challenge event, Australia Moves for MND! 50kms in May!!

The best part is we're doing it to raise funds and awareness for a cause we really believe in Motor Neurone Disease research. Our family has experienced first hand how horrible this disease really is, so let's do all we can to help others and find a cure.

Founded in 1981, MND NSW currently supports 586 people with motor neurone disease plus their family and carers. That’s a whole lot of people when you add them all up. It’s why our community is so amazing and so strong and also why we’re so thankful to everyone who helps us out (We're looking at you *wink wink*).

It’s not an exaggeration to say MND NSW wouldn’t be able to do what they do without community fundraisers. Things like providing equipment (think electric wheelchairs, communication devices, electric beds and walking frames) to help keep people with MND at home, running an Infoline so people can get the information they need when they need it, organising a range of education workshops and seminars, as well as raising funds for research.

By signing up for this challenge we're hoping to make a real difference, get fitter and connect with you and the rest of the MND community, raising funds and awareness for this cause we really believe in.
